Antler growth has officially started for the bucks around ArmyBuckHunters HQ.

Walked outside this morning and caught this buck easing through the yard with his antlers just starting to take shape in velvet. Pretty cool to see nature kick back into gear now that all the construction around ABA headquarters is finally settling down.

This time of year always gets us fired up for what’s coming this fall. Watching these deer develop throughout the summer never gets old.

The outdoors teaches us respect, discipline, sacrifice, and tradition — values carried by so many who served this nation.

This Memorial Day, ArmyBuckHunters honors the brave men and women who gave their lives defending our freedoms. As the sun rises over the woods and fields we love, we remember those who made that freedom possible.

Their sacrifice will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

130 Pounds Later… The Real Work Starts Now 🦌💪

Most folks think the work ends when the season closes… truth is, that’s when it really begins.

Today we put in the time and processed 130 pounds of deer meat into burger, and like always—we don’t rush it during the season. We quarter it, freeze it, and come back later when things slow down to do it right.

There’s a reason for that:

During the season, it’s about hunting, staying in the field, and making memories.
After the season, it’s about respecting the harvest.

Deboning, trimming, grinding… that’s the grind nobody posts about—but it’s part of the lifestyle.

No shortcuts. No waste. Just good, clean protein going in the freezer.

This is what it’s all about:
➡️ Putting in the work
➡️ Feeding the family
➡️ Making every harvest count

If you know, you know.

Who else waits until after the season to process? Or are you knocking it out same week?

ArmyBuckHunters – Deer Season Closed. Predator Season Wide Open.

Deer season may be over… but we’re just getting started.

Once the whitetail tags are filled and the woods quiet down, predator season kicks into high gear. Cold air. Long nights. Coyotes moving hard. That’s when thermal and IR setups become mission critical.

With extended night hunts, battery management becomes everything. Thermals and IR scopes eat power in freezing temps, and one dead battery can shut down an entire setup.

That’s why we added redundancy.

We mounted the Fenix AGL-16 directly to our M-LOK rail and use it to secure a spare battery right on the rifle. Clean setup. No rattling gear. No digging through pockets in the dark. When it’s time to swap, it’s right there.

Predator hunting isn’t forgiving.
It demands preparation.
It demands reliability.

At ArmyBuckHunters, we run our gear hard because that’s the reality of night operations in the field.

Deer season closed.
Predator season is wide open.
