About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and community-oriented Player Recruitment Executive based in Hong Kong to help us grow our player base for popular free-to-play mobile games. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that drives user engagement and retention by connecting with local players and guiding them through exciting new mobile gaming experiences.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between our game developers and the local Hong Kong gaming community. You’ll identify and recruit enthusiastic mobile gamers, onboard them into the game ecosystem, and support them in achieving key milestones — all while earning performance-based rewards tied to your success.
This is a temporary contract position, ideal for individuals with a passion for gaming, strong networking abilities, and experience in outreach or community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and recruit active mobile game players in Hong Kong.
Guide recruited players through a short onboarding survey before they begin playing.
Support players to ensure consistent gameplay and progress toward defined in-game milestones.
Maintain communication with players via preferred local channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, social media).
Track and report recruitment and engagement metrics regularly.
Provide feedback to improve player experience and optimise future recruitment strategies.
Promote a positive and engaging experience to build long-term relationships with players.
Requirements:
Based in Hong Kong with a good understanding of the local gaming culture.
Strong personal network or access to gaming communities (mobile-focused preferred).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese and English (written and verbal).
Experience with mobile games and familiarity with popular titles across genres.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms for outreach and tracking.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing independent tasks with minimal supervision.
Prior experience in outreach, marketing, or community engagement is a plus.
