Our client, a global marketing and communications agency, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join their remote analytics team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, where data and creativity work hand in hand to drive measurable growth.
You will be responsible for analysing campaign data, extracting insights, and guiding strategic decisions that help clients achieve stronger performance and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Translate raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic recommendations
Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports for client and internal use
Present findings clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with account managers, creatives, and sales teams to align analytics with business goals
Identify trends, forecast results, and recommend optimisations to improve ROI
Support strategic planning with data-backed performance reviews and projections
Qualifications
Strong background in Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights
Skilled in Google Analytics, Excel, and at least one visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proven experience working in a marketing or advertising agency or in a client-facing analytical role
Understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to connect marketing outcomes to revenue results
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities remotely
Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Familiarity with automation tools and digital campaign tracking systems
Prior experience working with international clients
