Thanksgiving is almost here, so sort your seasoning now. This turkey rub gives you clean BBQ flavour with smoked paprika, herbs, sugar, and simple pantry ingredients.
It works on whole birds, breasts, and legs. Sprinkle it on from about 30 cm above the meat for even coverage. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes so it can start working.
If your bird is brined, reduce the salt or skip it.
