The Elizabeth Stampede Community Rodeo is coming up at 7 p.m. on Sept. 25 at Casey Jones Park in Elizabeth. The rodeo includes only amateur roughstock events and will highlight mutton bustin’ and mini-buckers. Ordinance 26-13, an amendment to Gold Creek Commons, a planned unit development on a property just north of Highway 86 near the Cimarron subdivision, was approved unanimously by the Elizabeth Planning Commission on Aug. 18 and subsequently approved by the Elizabeth Board of Trustees on Aug. 25. Drill Tech Breaks Ground on Regional Office in Elbert County

Drill Tech Drilling and Shoring has expanded its presence in the Mountain States Region with the groundbreaking of a new regional office in unincorporated Elbert County, establishing a permanent hub for its growing Colorado operations.

“We are excited to deepen our roots in Colorado and continue to grow our team in the region,” said Jacob Prezkuta, Colorado Area Manager. “This new location will establish a permanent hub for office, shop coordination, and equipment storage for Colorado and the Mountain States Region, an essential element to our projects’ success,” Prezkuta said.
