This alleged MS-13 gang member didn’t take the news well — but the facts don’t lie.

Rigoberto Sanches-Paz, a Honduran national and documented member of the violent MS-13 gang, has convictions for grand theft, vehicle theft, and illegal firearm possession in Los Angeles.

ICE San Diego tracked him down, and now he’s off the streets and heading straight for immigration court.

He’s had his run in California courtrooms — now it’s time for the immigration judge to close the chapter.

🚨ARRESTED: Dangerous Venezuelan National

ICE New Orleans has arrested Ronny Jose Cabrera-Valencia, a citizen of Venezuela, for immigration violations. Cabrera-Valencia has a criminal conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon — a violent threat to public safety.

He is now in ICE custody and will face removal proceedings.

Violent criminal aliens are not welcome here.
We will find them. We will arrest them. We will deport them.

🚨BUSTED: Ecuadorian national awaiting immigration proceedings caught red-handed smuggling illegal aliens.

On Sunday, July 13, Border Patrol agents at the Interstate 19 Immigration Checkpoint in Arizona stopped a 2022 Chevy Malibu for secondary inspection. It didn’t take long to find out why the driver looked nervous.

Up front: a woman illegally in the U.S. from Mexico.
In the trunk: a 43-year-old Mexican national, also in the country illegally.

The driver? An Ecuadorian male who had already entered the U.S. illegally in January 2024 with 70+ other foreign nationals. At the time, he was released on his own recognizance because of migrant overflow.

That free ride is over.

He’s now facing federal human smuggling charges and won’t be going anywhere except a jail cell.

The two aliens he was smuggling? Placed into removal proceedings.

Huge credit to the Nogales Checkpoint crew. Stay vigilant. Stay relentless.

This illegal alien’s rap sheet reads like a threat list: assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a police officer, DUI, larceny, and property destruction.
