🆘 URGENT: Help Save Chaim Bediner’s Bungalow Colony from Real Estate Fraud

💔 Stroke. Brain tumor. ICU. Feeding tube.
Now, Chaim (Dimitri) Bediner — a Ukrainian-Jewish refugee, stroke survivor, and elderly bungalow property owner — is fighting a legal war to protect the bungalow colony he’s maintained with his own hands for over 25 years in Sullivan County, NY.

In 2023, while still recovering from a stroke, COVID-19, and undergoing evaluations for a brain tumor, Chaim was misled into signing a predatory mortgage — a deal designed to force default. That agreement is now being used by a shell company, Dacha Luxe LLC, in an attempt to unlawfully seize his entire property.

Despite repeated requests, the true owners of Dacha Luxe have never been disclosed. Court records and sworn filings suggest that Hershy Indig may be one of the silent partners behind the shell entity asserting fraudulent ownership.

⚠️ Chaim is still recovering. He uses a wheelchair, has limited mobility, and struggles with memory and speech. Yet now he must also fight this legal battle — with very limited financial means.

We urgently need to raise $15,000 for legal representation, with a total goal of $40,000 for the litigation and therapy support.
