After last year’s partial collapse, 103 S. Travis is officially moving forward as the future Britton Brooks Law Office, with a connected speakeasy called “Hearsay” planned right behind it.

Heads up, Sherman drivers 🚗⚠️

A new school zone is coming to FM 1417 near the new Sherman Inspire Academy. TxDOT reviewed the request and the city approved it unanimously

expect a 35 mph school zone with a 55 mph buffer leading into it. New signs are coming soon, so be ready to slow down during school hours!
