UPDATE: Services have been restored. We have located the cut we are doing a temporary fix today. We will be replacing the cable tomorrow for 1/2 mile on CR 19.

We have a cut cable on CR 19 at CR 220 in Antwerp, customers south of there are out of service. We are mobilizing our team to repair it.

One of our different ways to make a payment is our SmartHub online portal.
But did you know that is not all that it is good for?
You can do a number of different things for your account on the online portal, just see below.
Call us at 419-899-2121 or email us at [email protected] to get your SmartHub access.
As always, when you choose e-bill & autopay you will save $5 monthly!

Starting tonight/tomorrow morning at 12am we will be doing more maintenance on our system. This will be service effecting, but it will restore.
We are aware that we have been doing a bit more maintenance than usual, but we are trying to provide the best service possible to all of our customers.

Sunday Night/Monday Morning about 12am we will be doing more maintenance. There is a possibility of service going down for around an hour while we are working on it. The service should be restored once maintenance is complete.
