Our team is growing!

Job Title: Client Care / Marketing
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Shipshewana, Indiana

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented person to support our growing team. This role bridges customer service and marketing by ensuring smooth client communication while helping implement marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. If you enjoy working with people, being creative, and staying organized, we’d love to hear from you!

Client Care:
* Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
* Schedule and confirm appointments, follow up with clients after service.
* Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM.
* Assist with post-inspection communications and client satisfaction outreach.
* Manage client reviews and testimonials, respond to feedback appropriately.

Marketing Support:
* Assist in creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
* Help plan and execute events, pop-bys, and sponsorships.
* Distribute marketing materials to referral partners and offices.
* Track and restock branded materials, promo items, and signage.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1+ year experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and all social media platforms.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with the real estate or home services industry.
* Comfortable attending networking events or agent visits when needed.
