Juicy Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Mushroom Sauce – A Gourmet Delight
Ingredients:
2 lbs beef tenderloin, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup white wine (optional, replace with more beef broth)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season beef tenderloin with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the tenderloin on all sides. Transfer to a baking dish and roast for 15-20 minutes or until the desired doneness is achieved.

Ingredients:
For the Lamb Chops:
8 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Lobster Mashed Potatoes:
2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 tbsp butter
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Asparagus:
1 lb asparagus, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Lamb Chops: Season lamb chops with garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
