October 30 | Journey Through the Bible for the whole family at First Baptist Church of Pinetop . (Trick or treat indoors - get a LOT of candy!)

We got A LOT of exposure on this one for my sellers - we got 4 offers within 2 weeks and closed at $6,000 over asking!📣

Great agent across the table, great lender, great escrow officer (Lawyers Title), great inspection, and it appraised! 🙌🥰

All was going smoothly...until the day before closing - a not-so- amazing surprise additional condition from the underwriter....that could've pushed out the closing a couple days.😞

So grateful for the above transaction team! Quick action and a miracle closed this deal ON TIME! (Thank you, Jesus! I saw you do that!😍)

There are roughly 3 million licensed Realtors in the U.S. and over 700 here in the Show Low area. But I am the ONE agent here in Show Low who uses this specific marketing strategy. The only one. And I think that's pretty valuable to my clients.
