If you are a CEO or founder making $300K+ a year, every weekend probably isn’t going to look the same.

And that’s okay.

One weekend may require a few hours of work. Another may require nothing. Another might be a mixture of business, family, rest and whatever else you feel like doing.

That’s balance.

The problem is when every weekend belongs to the business because nothing can move without you.

Structure changes that.

Processes reduce what needs your attention. Clear responsibilities reduce unnecessary decisions. A strong team reduces how much depends on you.

Eventually, you may reach the point where weekends require nothing from you.
