Zondra's real estate career took off the moment she stepped into it. Since starting her journey in 2019, she has built a reputation as one of the most trusted and recognizable names in Northwest Louisiana real estate, earning Rookie of the Year in 2020 and being named one of SB Magazine's Top Realtors of Shreveport-Bossier. Today, her team is ranked in the top 5% out of 900 producing agents across the Northwest Louisiana market, a reflection of the consistency and care she brings to every client relationship.
Zondra holds three respected National Association of REALTORS® designations that reflect her commitment to advanced training. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a designation earned by agents who complete specialized training in representing buyers throughout the home purchase process. She is also a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), reflecting advanced training in listing strategy and marketing designed to get sellers the best possible results. Rounding out her credentials, she holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification, which equips her with the specialized knowledge to guide clients through short sale and foreclosure transactions with confidence.
Beyond production, Zondra is deeply invested in leadership and community. She served as 2024 President-Elect of YPN Shreveport-Bossier and served as 2025 First Vice President of the Women's Council of Realtors, in addition to her work on the Agent Leadership Council and DEI Committee. In 2025 she stepped into the role of Communications Director for SocialCon alongside founder Kalli Combs, helping shape one of the region's biggest creative industry events. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (Delta Lambda Omega Chapter) and Jack & Jill of America, Inc. (Red River Chapter), she continues to give back through community outreach, youth programs, and financial literacy advocacy. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her son, gardening, and traveling to new places. As Zondra puts it, "Real estate is not just about transactions, it's about relationships and impact," and that philosophy shows in everything she does.
Joining Zondra is Sarah Taylor, a lifelong resident of the Shreveport-Bossier area with a deep appreciation for the community she calls home. Sarah's passion is helping others find that same sense of home, and she brings a unique perspective to the table from her background in Talent Acquisition, giving her a sharp eye for matching people with exactly what they are looking for. She combines her love of serving people with her knowledge of the local market to make every buying and selling experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Outside of work, Sarah spends her time with her husband, Dustin, and their two children, while staying active in supporting the local businesses and community that shaped who she is. When she gets a quiet moment, you'll likely find her with a good book, a puzzle, or a Lego set.
