😥I WORRY about my LADY friends, family (and even strangers) when I see them out in WINTER with NO proper coat, warm layers, shoes -- and with an UTTERLY USELESS PURSE! Name brand label, but contents of NO substance or practical use.... 😖

Hubby wanted pasta and meat sauce for dinner…. I didn’t want to leave the wonderful warmth of the WOODSTOVE…. So I cooked out in the great room!

I even managed to make some garlic bread with the last slices of homemade sourdough bread (graciously baked for us by our talented neighbor!) Buttered and seasoned, it toasted up nicely in the pan on the top of the stove.

Loving my new Lodge Dutch Oven and Pioneer Woman pasta bowls too…. Everything seems to taste better when it’s in something PRETTY!

‘Twas a fun little experiment…. I felt a tiny bit old-timey or pioneer-ish by not entirely using my gas range in the kitchen!
