I think I might be the first person to ever use an laser engraver on a dashboard 😅🤟 The end result isn't PERFECT as I never pursue perfection l, but it's damn good and so much better than Grand canyon sized holes and it's now black instead of grey which I think looks A LOT better 🥵. I'm hoping to have the full length dash restoration video out very soon 🙌

An articulating borescope is something you definitely need if you're a mechanic or even just a homeowner. They're very affordable now and allow you to inspect all kinds of tight spaces, pipes, walls etc. The 180* articulation allows you to navigate and look backwards which is seriously invaluable.

Here's another interesting discovery that shows how similar the Mercedes is to a fox body. Mustang, here is a fox body front bumper where I horizontally cut it in half. Basically just removing the headlight portion of the bumper and I lined it up with the Mercedes bumper and they are pretty much the same

This is NOT a poormanmod 😅 Using my laser to add leather texture back to the dash after I used filler on the cracks and sanded them smooth. After the laser engraving it will be sprayed with black vinyl dye,the end result won't be perfect but it will be light years better than it was!!
