I’ve lost friends, hit hard times financially, felt like I was going in circles, and even questioned my purpose. But no matter what, I kept moving forward.

Now, I get to wake up and do what I love every single day. Pour love & positivity into my community 🙏🏾

Doing it injured—that’s what it feels like to be a Black woman surviving in America. Our families carry so many emotional and mental injuries, passed down as generational traumas, with no time to pause. We are raised in a country that, through its actions in the doctor’s office, police brutality, court systems, and unequal pay, shows us we are not “valued.” We are the least cared for, yet some of the most progressive women out there. ✨ This is the year. This is the year police officers are convicted for shooting us in the face. This is the year—even if the world doesn’t support us—we will support each other. 💪🏾 Thank you, Simone Biles, for stepping out and showing the world that, even when no one cared about your mental health, you are still the BADDEST and most TALENTED in the world! 🌟👑 This is historical!
