I always leave Hummingbird with such a feeling of joy!
Just a few minutes to spend with each resident is so precious. Our one hour stay is usually 2 hours and could easily be more. Loneliness is so unlike anything else if you've never experienced it! I see it in their eyes, everyone of them from memory care to assisted living! Our babies bring smiles to their faces even if they don't want to hold them. I hope I can keep going on. Thank you you Kathy Gray for being my partner last week!
