Eric Willner, Host of The Real Estate Show, manager of a full-service real estate property management and consulting company, began his career in the real estate and financial services field in 1985 after graduating with a B.S. As a highly trained financial professional, he helps clients develop strategies for effectively utilizing real estate, mortgages, insurance, and financial products to build
wealth and achieve a more secure financial future. Real Estate licensed for over 35 years, Eric has extensive experience in
investment real estate, property management, and dealing with REO properties. In addition, Eric has been a licensed mortgage broker for over 20 years and is very familiar with investor financing, FHA financing, and assisting first-time homebuyers through various government programs. For the real estate investor or the home buyer, Eric can provide expertise in matching the right financing with your financial goals and objectives. For homeowner and community associations, Eric and his firm offer effective solutions for creating and reviving cash flows. In addition to a monthly newsletter, he contributes frequently to various English and Portuguese publications and has done numerous seminars and TV appearances. Eric is currently the host of the longest continuously running real estate radio show in South Florida, “The Real State Show”, which focuses on the best ways to invest in real estate. Eric was formerly certified by the state of Florida as a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM). Eric also received designations as a Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC), a Registered
Financial Consultant (RFC), a Life Underwriters Training Fellow (LUTCF), and a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He has or has held active licenses as a Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Broker, and Life Insurance Agent. He was a multi-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table, he is a consistent top real estate producer, and has taken several courses toward completing his certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Eric is or was a member of several important organizations including the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers, Broward and National Associations of Insurance and Financial Advisors, International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, and The National and Florida Mortgage Brokers Associations. He currently acts as President and sits on the board of directors of the Florida Landlords Association. He was Country Chairman for Brazil to the Fort Lauderdale Sister Cities International, and former President and co-founder of the Downtown Fort Lauderdale chapter of Business Network International (BNI).
