Gosh, it has been awhile and I do sincerely apologize, and appreciate the continued support while I took some time to process some trauma, and life events. Ones, that have made posting content even more SERIOUS! My literal life depends on it, especially being a chronic illness warrior. I will do an offical introduction post, soon.

Hey Besites,
Don’t mind the sniffles, I have a bad cold but wanted to share this amazing probiotic, that is changing my daily life. Being a sensitive gut girly, with a partially paralyzed gut; I face a lot of problems daily. Just sitting up, from laying down throughout the night on my back; because who can seriously sleep upright or almost upright all night, not me. So, because of that, and throwing up for hours.
