In case you haven’t heard, Magazine Trace is an 18 home fenced/gated community being built on Baker Lane one block from N Kingshighway and just down the street from the new Lee Hunter School!
The amenities provided at the club house means you wouldn’t have to join the Country Club or the Y! Obviously that’s not correct because there is no golf course or even a basketball court!
