๐ OVERDOSE AWARENESS IS PERSONAL TO ME. ๐
Iโve lost many loved ones and friends to overdose, and every loss has left a reminder of just how precious a life truly is. Behind every statistic is a person who was loved, a family who is hurting, and a story that mattered. ๐๏ธ
This is why I believe in compassion over judgment, support over stigma, and kindness over shame. You never know what someone is carrying behind closed doors.
If you or someone you love is struggling, please know you donโt have to face it alone. Iโm always willing to help connect you with resources, information, and support. No judgment. No lectures. Just someone willing to listen and help you find a place to start. โค๏ธ

๐ Know that naloxone can help reverse an opioid overdose.

๐ Be kindโyou never know whose life you may touch.

To everyone weโve lost: you are remembered, you are loved, and your lives mattered. ๐๏ธ๐
Letโs keep the conversation going. Letโs break the stigma. Letโs choose love, compassion, and prevention.
