Bayit Records was created to protect and restore the relationship between voice, story, and community.
Our work centers what has too often been dismissed—lived experience—and reframes it as knowledge, authorship, and authority.
Founder and CEO Eneshal Galloway is developing “Know That I Am,” a working affirmation piece—an offering that challenges false narratives and reclaims identity for those navigating learning challenges, mental health, and systemic marginalization.
This is not new work.
It is continued work.
For years, the foundation has been built through organizing, program development, and direct engagement with communities and policymakers—creating space for individuals to not only be heard, but recognized.
Today, that work evolves.
Through music and film, Bayit Records documents what has been experienced, protects what has been created, and advances a larger conversation:
That lived experience must be acknowledged, supported, and resourced—not extracted.
We believe restoration requires more than recognition.
It requires investment, repair, and accountability.
