One of the most special things about AYM is the inclusive environment — something not always found in the industry. The grace we give each other, how we really work to meet each other where we are, and how everyone in our community strives to make sure that not only the day, but also our lives are a little bit better. Whether telling the story of a community elder or sharing a snack or learning a new skill, the atmosphere is the very best thing about our studio. In a time where the world seems to have put aside kindness and forgotten what empathy is, the grace these teens bestow on us each day is just what we need in the coming year!
