ADDITIONAL PROTECTIVE POLICIES
PAYMENT POLICY
• All sales are final.
• We accept cash, card, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.
• Chargebacks for completed services may be disputed with appointment records and photos.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
• Gel polish services are guaranteed for 5 days.
• Breakage caused by accidents, picking, biting, or improper care is not covered.
AFTER-HOURS / EMERGENCY BOOKINGS
• Last-minute or after-hours appointments may include additional fees.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• LNH Nail Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or safety concerns.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT
• Photos and videos taken inside the salon may be used for marketing purposes.
• By receiving services at our salon, clients consent to salon photography unless otherwise requested.
