Encouragement for you!

Invite the Living Water in. He’ll satisfy the deepest longings of your soul. And when it gets rough and when you’re struggling to hold on, just know He’s not done...He’s still moving.

This past weekend, we had the privilege of hearing from our friend Albert Tate as he preached from John 4 about Jesus' encounter with the woman at the well and what it means for Jesus to be our Living Water. Watch his full sermon below.

This is great news that Lick Fork Missionary Baptist Church received a new van from an anonymous after their previous van had been in an accident.

"The Bible tells us that He's able to far beyond anything we're able to ask," said Gary Kirby, pastor of Lick Fork Missionary Baptist Church. "This is one of those situations."

Pray for the people of Aleppo ...

"Aleppo is a place where the children have stopped crying."

These are the scenes of sheer terror and grief in the last hospital, in the last days of Aleppo.

(Warning: Distressing images in this footage - filmed in recent days by Waad Al Kateab who is among thousands still trapped in rebel-held Aleppo awaiting safe passage out. Report by Matt Frei.)

“There is no more devastating blow against evil then when a human being chooses God in the face of suffering, disappointment, unbelief, chronic pain, frustration, abandonment…. Before the circumstances change, to get up and proclaim that God is good is a devastating blow to evil.”
(John Eldredge)

God is good. Take that evil.

Refreshing to see a world leader make a confession in the Lord Jesus Christ!

Britain's Queen Elizabeth II has it right! For Her Majesty's 90th birthday a book is being published in which she says that as the Queen, the King she serves is the Lord Jesus Christ! How refreshing to hear that from one of the most respected and influential leaders in the world. I'm looking forward to reading "The Servant Queen and the King She Serves." May God bless The Queen!
