A SPECIAL EPISODE IS HERE.

You may have heard this conversation before, but you’ve never seen it like this.

With Kari Hoffmann joining us as the keynote speaker at Choose Christ Over Culture this November, we knew there was no better time to revisit this powerful conversation and, for the first time, share the video episode with you.

Kari is the mother of Landen Hoffmann, the young boy who survived a 39-foot fall from a third-floor balcony at the Mall of America in 2019.

It’s a story that made headlines around the world. But what the headlines couldn’t fully tell you was the story of faith behind the miracle.

In this conversation, Kari shares how God had been preparing her heart long before that unimaginable day. She talks about the prayers prayed in the middle of the chaos, the miracles that followed, and the faith that carried their family through what no parent ever expects to face.

And make sure you watch until the end because there might just be a pretty special surprise guest.

Watch the special video episode now.

Then come hear Kari LIVE as our keynote speaker at Choose Christ Over Culture, November 14 & 15.

If you know someone walking through a season where they need to be reminded that God is still working, send this episode to them.

This one hits DEEP.

Sometimes the bravest thing we can do for our children has nothing to do with them.

It’s looking at ourselves.

The wounds we never dealt with.
The patterns we thought were normal.
The reactions we don't understand.
The things we swore we would never repeat...and somehow did.

Healing doesn’t mean pretending the past didn’t happen.

It means bringing those places into the light, letting God into them, and refusing to hand the same hurt to the next generation.

Your healing matters.

Not just for you.

For the people sitting around your dinner table and the generations that will sit around tables long after you're gone.

Send this to a woman doing the hard work of breaking cycles.

This past Tuesday, we released our son Jacob into a dream God placed in his heart back in eighth grade, the United States Air Force.

Jacob, letting you go is one of the hardest and proudest things this mama has ever done. You are spreading your wings, laying down your comfort, and choosing a life marked by honor, courage, and selflessness. You carry the goodness of God within you and stand firm in your faith and convictions and I know that wherever you go, His light will shine through you.

We miss you more than words can say, but we release you with open hands and full hearts. Fly high, young man. Stand firm. Serve bravely. And never forget God goes before you, and your family will always be behind you. 🇺🇸

These shoes.

Dan Hermansen is running across South Dakota with The 437 Project RIGHT NOW and when he had his shoes made for this run, he chose to carry Fortitude with him.

Our logo. Romans 12:2. And two messages that are at the heart of everything we do:

You are not alone.
We all have a story.

I keep thinking about how many miles these words are going to travel. How many people Dan will pass along the way. And how one of those people may need to see those exact words on that exact day.

Because behind every mile is a story. Someone who has struggled with mental health. Someone who has fought to stay. A family who has lost someone they love. Or someone quietly carrying something no one else knows about.

Dan, 437 miles is no small thing. We are incredibly honored that you chose to carry Fortitude with you through every one of them.

We’re praying for you, cheering you on, and praying that these words reach exactly who needs them.

You are not alone.
We all have a story.

Thank you Sioux Falls Scheels for supporting Dan!!
