Winter Garden, Florida is an adorable town loaded with shopping and restaurants. It has an old town charm and we really enjoyed walking around and strolling Plant St Market

Sherwood Forest in Kissimmee, Florida overview. We frequent this Encore property during the winter, but it isn’t our preferred location. There’s often issues with the water being shut off and we’ve experienced electric pedestal issues here as well. While they’ve been making some progress, there are still a lot of units there that are in rough shape. We do like that it’s close to Disney World and there’s an Aldi at the entrance. Gaston especially loves the playground in the dog park

Point South/Yemassee KOA Holiday in Yemassee, South Carolina overview. We had a great back-in site here for the night. The wine bar/coffee shop in the office building was hopping and all the amenities were well maintained. It’s conveniently located off of I-95 and we would definitely stay here again

In May we spent the month in Florida taking care of normal dentist and doctor appointments, spending time at Disney and with friends. We were in the Clearwater area for our niece’s graduation and rounded out the month at Fort Wilderness before we leave to head West.

Misty Mountain Camp Resort in Greenwood, Virginia overview. We stayed here for one night over the winter so it was super quiet and unfortunately so cold we didn’t go to the cabin and tent areas. There were lots of amenities, all that looked to be in great shape.

We spend a good amount of time in the greater Philadelphia area visiting Sophia’s family. We love eating our way through Manayunk, visiting breweries, and shopping at Peddler’s Village. Sometimes we’ll hop across the Delaware for dinner in Lambertville, NJ

Village Scene in Hatfield, PA overview. We stay here often as it’s close to Sophia’s dad and while it is 55+ they do allow for some “underage” transients. It’s mostly utilitarian for us as the only amenity is a bathhouse, but it’s proximity to family and awesome staff has us returning regularly

It's time to replace some life safety devices: The smoke detector, propane leak detector and carbon monoxide detector. In a RV they should be replaced every 5 years. Don’t worry, if you aren’t sure when they were installed, they might loudly remind you at 1am that you need to replace them soon. I picked them up at a camping world store since it was nearby and they had competitive prices.
