A Frost Advisory is going to go into effect tonight for portions of eastern SD, southwest MN, and northwest IA until tomorrow morning. Lows are going to fall into the 30s and some cities have the potential to break or tie their record lows.

Another cool night is in store across KELOLAND with lows in the 30s and 40s. A Frost Advisory will go into effect in northwestern SD as lows could fall below 35 degrees.

The Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been extended for Lyon, Cottonwood, and Murray counties until 6:30 PM CDT Thursday. Marshall recorded a wind gust of 63 MPH just before 5:40 PM with this storm and 60 MPH wind gusts will continue to be a threat with this storm moving SE at 65 MPH.

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Lyon, Cottonwood, and Murray counties until 6 PM CDT Thursday. Wind gusts of 60 MPH are the main threats with this storm as it moves to the SE at 70 MPH.

A majority of KELOLAND is in a Wind Advisory, while northern SD was upgraded to a High Wind Warning through this evening. Wind gusts up to 65 MPH are possible in the warning area and just before 1:55 PM, Mobridge recorded a gust of 62 MPH!

We now have twin severe t'storm warnings for portions of Roberts and Grant Counties. Both warnings are until 3:30 pm CDT Tuesday, with both storms moving southeast at 25 mph. Heads up in Wilmot, Milbank, and Ortonville.
