Fishstock Concert Series has announced that the 4th concert of its 2025 season will feature a Sunday, July 20 performance by Madison’s Caravan Gypsy Swing Ensemble, an acoustic jazz group greatly influenced by legendary Roma Gypsy Jazz guitarist Django Reinhardt. The ensemble’s repertoire is also influenced by American jazz, European folk music, traditional Latin, Parisian waltz and other vintage jazz. Their concerts feature “Hot Swing” tunes, originals, and standards arranged in unique styles, plus a level of guitar proficiency seldom seen today.

Fishstock Concert Series has announced that the 3rd concert of its 2025 season will feature a July 13 performance by Pacific Northwest-based singer/songwriter Brittany Jean. While she largely performs her own songs from her four studio albums, Brittany Jean also usually includes a selection of songs by her favorite artists, including Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Judy Collins, and Emmylou Harris. The Sister Bay Historical Society is hosting its second annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday, June 28th from 11am to 3pm at the Corner of the Past in Sister Bay. Entrance is free.

The family-friendly event features “all things strawberry” and will be offering up old-fashioned strawberry shortcake, strawberry sundaes, strawberry lemonade, and their signature “Sister Bay-sil Berry Spritz” as well as brats and hot dogs with strawberry salsa. The Cherry Tones will provide the musical entertainment.
