Can words even begin to describe last night? From seeing our OG crew, to Barger grand slam, Bo being back and finally seeing a World Series game with my mom. The night was electric and a memory I will never forget! Best of all, my dad was definitely watching with us from up above! Let’s Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Cupcake Run was so much more than just an event — it was a celebration of community, compassion, and purpose.

Yes, there was frosting at the finish line, smiling faces, and the sweet scent of cupcakes filling the air. But beyond the fun and festivities, something truly meaningful happened that day.
Together, we came together to raise funds for Erica’s Wish Blankets, a beautiful initiative that brings warmth and comfort to children undergoing oncology treatments across Ontario. Each blanket represents love, hope, and the reminder that no one faces their journey alone.
Every step taken, every registration, and every volunteer hour contributed helped make that impact possible.

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and showed up with heart. The Cupcake Run wasn’t just about running — it was about running for something that matters. 🧁

What an incredible day for the Cupcake Run 2025! 🧁

Under perfect sunny skies, our community came together to make this event a true success. The trail was beautiful, the energy was inspiring, and the smiles on the kids’ faces at the cupcake decorating station said it all. 💖

I’m beyond thankful to everyone who played a part in making this day happen – from our amazing volunteers and participants to the sponsors who generously supported us. None of this would have been possible without you.

Events like this remind us how powerful community is when we come together for a cause. Here’s to many more smiles, and more cupcakes! 🏃‍♀️✨

The Cupcake Run on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at Erindale Park

Race Start Times
1K Kids’ Dash – 9:00 AM
Sweet 5K Run/Walk – 9:30 AM

Every step you take helps support the Erica’s Wish Blanket Program and POGO (Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario). Together, we’re making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults affected by cancer.

Parking
There is free parking at the start/finish line.

Your kit includes your race bib, shirt, and some sweet surprises.

Picking Up for a Friend:
If you are picking up a kit for a friend/friends, you will need written authorization via email, text, or direct message that you have permission to collect their kit on their behalf.

Team Pick Up:
If one person wants to collect for the whole team - great! We will have team kits ready to go for easy pick up.

Race Day Kit Pick Up:
Race day pick up for out of town participants will be available from 8-8:30 race morning. We HIGHLY recommend that you get your kit at Race Kit Pick Up to alleviate long lines race morning.

Race Day Schedule
7:45 am Run Site, Information Tent, Kit Pick-up open
8:30 am Announcements and a warm up will start
9:00 am Kids' Dash Starts
9:30 am 5K Run/Walk Starts
10:30 am Awards Ceremony begins (1st, 2nd and 3rd overall)*
11:00 am Wrap up

Please arrive 30 minutes before your race and be ready to go!
*there are no age category awards but they will be listed on https://ow.ly/W3P650X0R1P

The medals have arrived and they are GORGEOUS!!!!
We are almost sold out! Thank you to everyone that is coming out Sunday. The weather looks perfect, the cupcakes will be there and we are raising funds to keep our Erica's Wish Blanket Program running strong and supporting POGO Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario too!
