This is the Square Top Boulder (often referred to as the Cube Rock), tucked away in the Bighorn Mountains of Wyoming, near Dayton and the Burgess Junction area. 🏔️🌲
While it looks like a massive masonry block meticulously carved by human hands, its striking cubic shape is 100% natural! 🤯✨
It’s formed by a geological process called jointing, where stress and weathering cause rocks to fracture along distinct, right-angle planes—leaving behind a mind-bending geometric monolith standing proud amidst the pine forest. 🪨📐
