It is with a heavy heart that JCC Live announces the recent passing of it's original team member Cherie Outen. She was one of the very first members of JCC Live in 2012 as our Art Director and Lead Photographer. Cherie did all the photo shoots and edits for JCC Live's print and social media. At this time her loss has placed a huge hole in our hearts and it will be a very difficult for us to come to grips with her absence. During our time of grief we will remember her infectious laugh and smile, her passion for photography and her animals. And above all else her love for family and friends. She will be missed and remembered. The photo below was taken by one of her close friends. We borrowed it because it best represents how remarkable she really was and will forever be.

Are you interested in being a part of JCC Live? We have our final meeting of the semester before the start of our Jaguar Sports Team on Monday October 30th at 3:30 pm in STEAM B108. This meeting is to create a team that will report on all related sports event at JCC via an 8 minute highlight segment. We are currently looking for student photographers, camera crew, anchors and graphic design. Come join the team!
