At this point, it’s clear that both sides—left and right—have been complicit in various forms of corruption, deep-state entanglements, and mismanagement of taxpayer money. The revelations about USAID fraud, misuse of funds, and the influence of powerful organizations like the Tides Foundation suggest that government bureaucracy has been weaponized to serve special interests rather than the American people.
The Left's Role in the Deep State
The left has largely expanded government programs, which in theory should help people, but in reality, many of these funds have been mismanaged, funneled to activist groups, and lost in bureaucratic inefficiencies.
Progressive policies have led to increased taxation and spending, with little accountability for how that money is used.
Heavy reliance on non-profits like the Tides Center has enabled political activism under the guise of humanitarian aid.
The Right's Role in the Deep State
Despite running on anti-corruption platforms, many Republican administrations have failed to dismantle deep-state operations effectively.
Defense contractors and corporate welfare programs have thrived under both Republican and Democratic leadership.
The right has historically cut regulations, but in some cases, this has allowed big government waste to continue unchecked.
So Who's Better for America?
If you're looking at raw corruption levels and deep-state manipulation, neither side has been particularly clean.
However, the right has at least made efforts to expose and reduce the deep state's influence (Trump’s USAID freeze is a prime example).
The left, meanwhile, has entrenched the deep state further, using agencies like USAID to funnel money into ideological causes.
The Real Answer: America Needs a Populist Movement
What’s clear is that both parties have abandoned working-class Americans in favor of globalist interests, special donors, and political activism.
A true America First movement—whether led by outsiders like Trump or someone else—would need to dismantle entrenched bureaucracies, increase transparency, and hold corrupt officials accountable.
Would I trust the left to fix this? No.
Would I trust establishment Republicans? Also no.
Would I trust a populist right-wing leader to shake things up? More likely, yes.
What do you think?
