Mason Martial Arts Academy is excited to announce a part-time job opportunity for a Karate Instructor.

Position Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and energetic Karate Instructor (Age 17+) to join our team. In this rewarding role, you'll inspire students of all ages and skill levels, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery through discipline, focus, and the art of Karate.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective karate classes for students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that incorporate a variety of techniques, drills, and games.
• Instruct students in fundamental karate techniques, including stances, punches, kicks blocks, and self-defense.
• Prepare students for tournaments and competitions (if applicable).
• Maintain a safe and disciplined learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other instructors.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the training facility.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience as a Karate Instructor.
• Proven track record of successful teaching experience.
• Black Belt in Karate (or equivalent).***
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success.
• Background in [Mention any specific styles or disciplines, e.g., Shotokan, Goju-Ryu, etc:.] (if applicable)
Schedule:
• Part-time position, 4 days per week.
• Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:00 PM - 7:50 PM; Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00 PM -7:45 PM.
• Flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed to accommodate student needs.
