New special today! My kids always begged me to make these sandwiches especially at holiday times. They are baked ham and cheese sliders but I made a version for you all today that is not a little slider, it is on a reg size brioche bun w sliced Ham and melted Swiss then the top is brushed w a delicious from scratch savory sauce. 9/11 - we will never forget.🇺🇸💔
Everyone who was alive on that fateful morning remembers exactly where they were and what they were doing. It was my 2nd wedding anniversary.
Today, and so many days, I mostly think about all those who lost their lives on that tragic day. We were all changed that day.
Oh this land that we love so much and call home - God Bless America.🇺🇸❤️

Today’s special is my Italian Meatloaf Sandwich.
When I was a kid, there was this delicious little Greek mom and pop pizza place down the street from my house that served these as their meatball subs, and I loved them!
Huge scratch made meatballs sliced wicked thin and piled high on a toasted Italian loaf, layered with house made marinara and melted cheeses. These are the memories that I love. Hope to see you all in Paradise today.❤️

Shout out to Divine Tattoo Parlor for gifting us this 5’ tall Bigfoot statue! Wait until you all see what I do w this guy!! He will have a whole new look once this heat quits lol. You will find him right in front of Paradise Ice Cream Parlor. Thank you so much Russ for thinking about us in Paradise! This Bigfoot will be enjoyed by many at his new location! 🫈❤️
