Today, I especially honour and celebrate our beloved BSF CANADA/USA elders, the remarkable organizers of the just-concluded Sisterhood Buffet Conference. In your late sixties and early seventies, you demonstrated that age is no barrier to fruitful Kingdom service. Your strength, wisdom, prayers, sacrifice, and tireless commitment made the conference a beautiful success. May the Lord renew your strength, preserve you in excellent health, and reward your labour of love abundantly. On behalf of the entire Beloved Sisters Family, I appreciate and celebrate you dearly. Today, we proudly present our beloved Elder B. C., a 73-year-old woman of faith whose heart truly loves the LORD. She serves as a Chef in the BSF Daily Bible Meal, and the prophetic voice of the BSF Excellent Spirit Platform, Ohio.

Her song is more than a melody; it is an expression of worship flowing from a life devoted to God. We honor her passion, spiritual strength, and faithful service to the Kingdom.

The 3 Fights Every Couple Has (On Repeat)

If you feel like you and your spouse keep having the SAME fight over and over — you are not alone.

Every couple argues about these 3 things:

1. Money
2. In-Laws / Family
3. Intimacy & Chores

Here is the truth: It's never really about the topic. It's about HOW you fight.

Stop trying to WIN the fight.

Instead, ask this question: “What is the feeling UNDER this fight?"

Usually the real question is:
"Do you hear me?"
"Do you respect me?"
"Do you care about what I need?"

Tonight's Homework for You Two:
Think about your last fight. Write down what you REALLY felt underneath. Not "you didn't do the dishes" — but "I felt alone and unappreciated."

When you share the feeling, not the blame — the fight changes.

Rest is not a sign of weakness; it is part of faithful stewardship. God designed even creation with a rhythm of work and rest. Jesus Himself often withdrew to quiet places to pray and rest before continuing His ministry.

“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.” — Mark 6:31
