Today, we remember September 11—the lives lost, the families forever changed, and a world shaken by tragedy. Yet even amid uncertainty, we can find hope in Jesus. Listen to The Winds and be reminded that God is still present, still restraining evil, and still calling us home.

Church hurt is real. Sometimes the deepest wounds come from the very people and places where we expected to experience the love of God. And when those wounds cause someone to pull away from the church—or even begin questioning God—it can leave a painful question beneath the surface: If I’ve been hurt, wounded, or even driven away from God’s people, do I still matter to God? Jesus speaks directly to that question in Matthew 18. With a little child standing before His disciples, He reveals the heart of the Father toward His “little ones”—especially when they have been hurt or have wandered away. Join us this Sabbath (Saturday) as Pr. CJ Cousins begins the HEALING FROM CHURCH HURT series with a message from Matthew 18:10–14.

Where do you go when life gets loud?

When the news is exhausting, responsibilities keep piling up, and your mind won’t slow down, sometimes you just want somewhere to retreat. Jesus had a place like that too—a little village called Bethany.

Join us this Sabbath (Saturday) as Pr. CJ Cousins continues Part 2 of the BECOMING LIKE JESUS series. We’ll step inside the home of Mary, Martha, and Lazarus, where an ordinary gathering among friends reveals something about following Jesus that is remarkably easy to miss—even when you’re doing good things for Him.

Invite a friend and come discover what happens in Bethany.

You cannot disciple someone who is unwilling to be discipled. You cannot teach someone who is unwilling or humble enough to be taught. And you certainly cannot lead someone who is unwilling to be led. Do not waste your energy. Seek and discern those the Holy Spirit has been working on who demonstrate a teachable spirit. Otherwise, you cannot disciple, teach or lead them.

BELIEVE • Life in Christ

Everything begins with Jesus.

The Christian life isn’t about trying harder—it’s about trusting the One who has already done everything necessary to reconcile us to God. Believe the Good News. Receive His love. Follow Him. Experience the joy of life in Christ.

Join us this Sabbath (Saturday) as Pr. CJ Cousins begins a new sermon series, BECOMING LIKE JESUS. We begin by beholding Jesus Himself. Before we can become like Him, we must first see Him clearly. John tells us that the eternal Word became flesh, revealing God's character in human form. In Jesus we discover what God is really like. Rather than separating grace from truth, Jesus perfectly embodies both. This message invites us to behold the beauty of God's character as revealed in Christ. Invite a friend. See you there!
