🌟 Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

🧄 Ingredients:
250g (9 oz) spaghetti or fettuccine
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream (or full-fat milk + 1 tbsp flour)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Extra Parmesan for topping
🍳 Instructions:
Boil the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add pasta and cook until al dente (about 8–10 minutes).
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain.
Make the Garlic Base:
In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Be careful not to brown the garlic.
Create the Sauce:
Pour in the cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce.
Add a splash of reserved pasta water if it’s too thick.
Mix well until the pasta is coated and glossy.
Finish & Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve immediately while hot and creamy!
