Technicians are currently troubleshooting a damaged fiber affecting service in the Grifton and Hwy 58, Snow Hill areas. We will provide updates as they are available.

Update - Technicians have located the cause of the outage. As soon as technicians are able to get to our equipment we will begin repairs.

Per FCC guidelines everyone is invited to apply, but eligibility is based on the following criteria for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP). We are accepting applications in the office at 103 Heritage Xing, Snow Hill, NC 28580. You can call to make an appointment or just stop by (252) 747-5682.

3. Supplemental Security (SSI)
4. Federal Public Housing
5. Food Distribution Program
6. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families

This is a temporary program and once the funds have been exhausted, the program will end.
