UNDER FREAKING CONTRACT!!!!! 😭🔥

I have worked with these buyers for the last few years and we have never found THE home that checked all of their boxes... until this one. 🥹

It hit the market and we were there the very first day, very first showing, very first offer.

We waited it out through the weekend where more showings and offers came through- but GOD showed up and showed out because we got the call this afternoon that we secured the most perfect slice of Heaven for my buyers. I can NOT wait for them to call this place home. It's been a long journey, but when you rely on the big man upstairs he always makes a way!
