UPDATE: From Breezy’s
Always feel free to share!
After just a few days of being open, we have received unbelievable feedback and a warm welcome from you guys. We’re very grateful to announce we didn’t disappear, but rather the opposite. We locked in our new permanent location, where we will bring you the full Breezy’s menus. If you’ve had time to look at our Facebook, you will see we do it all at a high level, from fresh housemade breakfasts all the way to dinners, competition BBQ, steaks, and all housemade sides, even Chinese food and much, much more.
Our family had a big decision to make: keep the food trailer open and slowly work through renovations, or just SEND IT and put our energy into getting the restaurant ready. We decided to go all in!
We’re truly excited to share Breezy’s new location with you guys. Our family has been putting in endless work behind the scenes to get these doors open for all of you. And let us say, this community has been absolutely incredible and welcoming. Your support means so much to our family!
It’s been our goal and dream for years to do this. We traveled, studied food, obsessed over it, and cooked with high-end chefs across America to expand our knowledge and share our obsession with fresh food. We opened a food trailer and then Breezy’s by the Bay. In under one year, we became one of Alaska’s highest-rated restaurants, and now we will bring that to you—not another chain restaurant serving Sysco products, frozen meat, and precooked food. We hope you’re as excited as we are!
Rather than buying premade booths, we decided, “Let’s build them ourselves!” That gives us full control over the size, style, and comfort. We’re going with extra-large booths so you have room to settle in without bumping shoulders, plus higher backs for added privacy and a cozy feel.
We will have b**r and w**e and several TVs for your football, UFC, etc. We are aiming for a unique theme, going back to the classic look yet keeping it modern, clean, and retro, integrating Breezy’s teal, black, and rustic elements. We’ll have a few keg seats, 2 person, 4 and even large 12 groups, not to over crowd the dinning room either, several tables, wheelchair-accessible seating, and probably an arcade in the back room 😀 to give the kids something to do. Possibly a buffet from 11:30 to 2, too. Music will be in and ourside to bring the vibe and energy also kill acward silence! The sky’s the limit, honestly! Give us some feedback: What would you like to see?
We want to share our progress as we go so you’re part of this journey, too! Here are a few pictures of what we’ve been working on. More updates to come!
