HERE ARE THE RULES AND GUIDELINESS:
The active members are nominated for the first round in the categories that has more than 5 nominees in it, this round goes til June 15. The other categories that has 5 or less in them will be available for Round 2 for final votes. You can only vote ONCE and must have email address to vote. We will be monitoring this and if we find similar emails from the same person both votes will be deleted. On June 15 at 12am, Round 2 starts, the top 5 in every category will move on to round 2. Round 2 will end on June 30 at 12am and the winner will be presented at the LCGMA Awards Show at the Williamsburg Gospel Barn on August 2. Those who makes it to Round 2 will be eligible to sing on awards show and those who did not make it can be able to be a presenter.
All those who are nominated needs to remember its not a competition in any way, these are fan based and its up to you, the fans to move them forward cause the more the nominees work it, the better chance of them winning. Anyone that does not have facebook, direct them to the website at www.thelcgmaofky.org and go to singing convention tab and they can vote there or go online at https://s.surveyplanet.com/umcihr1d . If you do not know the radio single nominated please go to the website and go to Available for Ministry tab and click on the picture. I recommend to share this link to your timeline.
