September 11. A day we must never forget. 🇺🇸
My heart is heavy as I remember one of the darkest days in the history of this beautiful country—the lives taken, the families forever changed, and the pain that reached far beyond what words can express.
Today, I honor every innocent life lost. Every person was someone deeply loved, with dreams to fulfill and people waiting for them to come home.
I honor the first responders who ran toward danger, the courage of ordinary people who helped one another, and every hero who gave so much so others might live. I remember the survivors and those who still carry the wounds of that day, seen and unseen.
As time passes, may we never let their lives become only a chapter in history. May we remember their names, their stories, and the love they left behind.
God, comfort the grieving families, hold close those who are still hurting, and help us honor their loved ones through compassion, courage, and care for one another.
We remember. We grieve. We honor you.
