808 Windsor Street at Boynton Yards has achieved LEED Platinum certification — the highest rating from the — marking a major milestone for life sciences development in the region.

The 370,000-square-foot research facility was designed by with construction led by

High-performance systems drive a 46 percent reduction in annual site energy use compared to the ASHRAE baseline, supported by air-source heat pumps, heat recovery chillers, stormwater harvesting, native landscaping and triple-glazed low-E glazing.

The $107.2 million I-395/Route 9 Connector Project is making big progress in Brewer, Maine, with completion on track for summer 2025! This long-anticipated project will finally close the "missing link" between I-395 and State Route 9, improving safety, mobility, and freight movement across eastern Maine and beyond.

The town of West Warwick in the center of Rhode Island launched a major renewal of its road network with a full spectrum of treatments designed to restore pavements to their original conditions. The town is working to not only fix bad roads but also preserve the good roads they have. Treatments being used for preservation include crack sealing, micro surfacing, cold-in-place recycling (CIR), hot-in-place recycling (HIR), reclamation, and hot mix asphalt (HMA).
