"Reflections from Intense Hiking"
My biggest skill set in this world seems to be intuitive insight. I can make things happen, create, produce, and post....but what about insight? It's something that's difficult to manufacture. It comes rather spontaneously.

I have an obsessive personality but get distracted easily. As time goes on, the corners have been sanded down a bit. So...what seems to be happening is a walking, talking, meditative insight.

This particular day's hike was focused on resistance cardio. Ankle weights for the first 45 minutes or so. After a brief break, consistent pace cardio without many breaks.

I find making content on these excursions takes the focus off the difficulty of exercise and allows me to sink deeply into the scenery. As a result, I become more reflective.

You can only know it, if you try it. So, I suggest creating your own experiences. Get deep into it. Stay awhile. Don't be in a hurry.
