One of my favorite things about summer is those quiet early morning hours before the world wakes up. The soft light, cool air, and sleepy baby snuggles are fleeting moments that deserve to be remembered.

That’s why I’m offering Early Mornings with Mama — a special summer photo series designed for moms and their littles who are already up with the sun.

These are short and sweet 20-minute outdoor sessions in Santa Rosa, scheduled between 6–8am when the light is beautiful and before little ones hit their limit. No pressure for perfect smiles. Just connection, cuddles, tiny hands, messy curls, and the season of motherhood you’re living right now.

POV: Tell me you’re living the best childhood, without telling me you’re living the best childhood..

Getting to photograph a family in their own sweet homestead and beautiful yard is always a blessing.
To watch these kiddos with all of their baby chicks was pure joy 🐣🌿🐥
It always makes my heart happy to see children living outdoor, nature filled lives and being adventurous. It’s always refreshing to see people living the homestead style of life. It feels like a little step back in time, which I appreciate. With life being so modern, I love nostalgic feelings of old, natural ways of living.
If you have a homestead, farm, cool property or long time passed down family homes- I highly recommend doing a session there. At Home photo sessions are so intimate, sentimental and you’ll appreciate looking back seeing the memories in your own space. Genuine love, real connection and contagious laughs are really all you need in life.
I absolutely loveee being around and photographing couples that have a close bond like this. Being lovers and bestfriends is the best duo. I love encapsulating the love you share in the quiet, sweet, romantic gestures. Documenting the silly, carefree, funny moments are so important as well. I want you to look back and see your love displayed in the ways that are true to you. The smiles, kisses and piggy back rides never get old!
