The Blue Moon Vintage Market is a relaxing place on 80 acres that used to focus on vintage shopping. While there's still some great items to be found, they are now offering micro weddings and events along with two Airbnb options to stay on property. Courtney met up with Jen and Vikki to get a tour.

100 Years ago the Lerner Theatre opened it's doors. Premier Arts is taking people back to that time for a Murder Mystery Dinner on September 12th. Experience the history of Elkhart and help solve the Murder on Main Street all while helping to support the programs of Premier Arts.

The RETA Pregnancy Clinic & Family Resources in Elkhart is meeting the needs of expecting mothers and families of their community. They provide a range of medical services, mentorship services, mental health services, and other family resources and classes. Dave talked to CEO Brandie Yoder about RETA's desire to meet people where they are, and help to make sure they have the health care they need during and after pregnancy.

The School of American Music opens the door to learning music and offers musical mentorship and collaborations. This year they are putting on a Jazz Fest, bringing some wonderful talent to the stage in Three Oaks, Michigan. Executive Director Heidi Smith and Soprano Martha Cares shared all the details of the three concerts happening September 12th - 14th. And Martha and her Jazz Ensemble perform for us a sample of what's to come.

The River Bend Film Festival has been bringing independent films to the area for over 20 years. This week there are three days jam packed with films of all types including 5 feature films and several Q&A opportunities. Courtney had a chance to get a run down of what's coming to the Goshen Theater this Thursday thru Saturday.
How can we make science education more accessible and engaging for students and the public? Dr. Maggie Fink and Dr. Shahir Rizk, professors at Indiana University South Bend, join us to talk about their experiences in teaching science through art, podcasts, and community connection.
