Responsibilities:

Partner with the Real Estate team to gather and understand requirements.
Analyze, document, and clarify change requests.
Troubleshoot system issues and deliver prompt solutions.
Enhance system workflows and optimize processes.
Write Oracle SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
Prepare clear business requirement documents and request tickets.

Responsibilities

AI Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of Client's AI architecture — KDB layer, semantic layer, RAPP layer, and agent components.

Ex*****on & Delivery: Translate strategy into detailed technical plans and deliver high-quality AI components on schedule.
Agent Ecosystem: Build a scalable, reusable, product-agnostic agent framework with defined interaction patterns and integrations.
Knowledge Integration: Architect solutions for integrating diverse data sources into a unified, automated, and semantically rich layer.
Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate new AI approaches and technologies with defined evaluation metrics.
Technical Leadership: Guide engineering and data science teams, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and seamless integration.
Strategy to Ex*****on: Communicate complex designs to varied audiences, bridging long-term strategy with day-to-day ex*****on.
Risk & Scalability: Identify technical risks and design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in large-scale software and AI/ML system design.
Strong AI/ML knowledge: ML frameworks, NLP, LLMs.
Expertise in software architecture: microservices, APIs, distributed systems, cloud-native patterns.
Hands-on with agent-based systems and multi-agent frameworks.
Solid data engineering and data pipeline experience.
Proficient in Python, Java, or Scala.
Strong ex*****on focus with a track record of delivering complex projects.

Preferred

AI solution development experience.
Familiarity with knowledge graphs, semantic tech, and ontology.
Experience with source code/API knowledge extraction.
MLOps practices and agile environments.
