What's your biggest holiday planning challenge?

Some people have it completely figured out. Others are just surviving. Most are somewhere in between.

But here's what I noticed: The ones who feel least stressed aren't the ones with the biggest budgets or the most staff.

They're the ones who made ONE clear decision early.
Just one.

Maybe it was "we're doing a Black Friday campaign" and everything else flowed from that.
Maybe it was "we're closing the first week of January" so they could actually plan 2026.
Maybe it was "we're outsourcing social media so I can focus on operations."
