Monster Radio Utah Monster Radio Utah is an animated musical light show starring 4 singing monster faces performing rock and popular Halloween songs.

Monster Radio Utah is a Halloween attraction that runs from late September through the end of October. We spend most of the year preparing a graveyard setting in the very small front yard of a 100 year old house in the Sugarhouse Area. The static yard decorations are accented by a computer animated Halloween musical light show that features thousands of lights and over 750 channels. The Main attra

ction is the Singing Monster Quartet. Frankenstein, Dracula, Jack Lantern, and Skully the skeleton sing Halloween and Rock classics for you. Each Monster consists of 750-1000 individual miniature Christmas lights arranged to look like monsters and their mouth shapes are perfectly lip-synched to the lyrics. The playlist runs and repeats approximately every 30-50 minutes, depending on the hour. The playlist includes songs like "Purple People Eater" and "The Monster Mash"; Pop Hits like Michael Jackson's "Thriller" and Oingo Boingo's "Dead Mans Party; "This is Halloween" from "The Nightmare Before Christmas"; and in the later hours includes Rob Zombie's "Dragula" and "Enter Sandman" by Metallica. We invite any and all to stop by any evening during the season and stay awhile. We broadcast the music through a very small 1/4 watt radio transmitter so you can sit in the warmth of your car on the cold autumn nights and watch the show. We "officially" run from 6 p.m.- 9 p.m. every night, but will sometimes (especially Fri and Sat nights) will let it run a little long before shutting down for the evening.

What is there to do on a cold, blustery October Saturday night? Good thing we designed our unique Halloween attraction to be enjoyed from the warm comfort of your car. Load the kids up and come sit for a spell. We have 8 family friendly fun musical numbers to perform for you nightly from 6:30-9:30 p.m. The address is 6489 S 4015 W. We'll be broadcasting on 87.9 FM, so tune your radio when you arrive and enjoy!

October 2017 is now here, and we have another month of our animated singing monsters for you to enjoy. Come by 3475 E Santa Rosa Ave (3325 S) anytime between 7 & 9 p.m. 7 nights a week from now till Halloween! Listen to classic hits like Purple People Eater and the Monster Mash, pop hits like Thriller & Oingo Boingo's party hit "Dead Man's Party", of course we have Ghostbusters!, and at the end of every night, the monsters even sing Rob Zombie's Dragula and Enter Sandman from Metallica.
We're broadcasting on 99.9 FM again this year, so don't worry about chilly temps, as you can stay in your car and listen on your radio.
Halloween night we'll be curbside with a fire pit lit, serving hot chocolate and cider, and meeting all the neighborhood people, so make sure to come by then, as well.
